High Quality quartzware For Semiconductor

CHUNMA HI-TECH produces ultra-high purity QUARTZWARE products through machining, welding, and surface processing using quartz (quartz glass) which is a core material used in the semiconductor manufacturing process. As micro processing technology advances, there is a need to minimize contamination and impurities in chamber components, and we are doing our best to develop products that are particle-free, ultra-high purity, and long-lasting.

Quartz, a glass composed entirely of SiO2, has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion (0.5 × 10-6/°C), high UV transmittance, and chemical durability. CHUNMA High Tech manufactures quartz materials in various shapes by selecting the optimal process to meet the needs of customers.
